REFER AND EARN
We are committed to helping as many people as possible in the UK become home owners. You can help us with this mission by referring your friend(s) or family member(s) who aspire to be home owners but are struggling to qualify for a mortgage and in return YOU get paid handsomely for it.
Please check with your friend or family member that they are happy for us to contact them before submitting their details. You must submit at least one referral name and a maximum of four referrals on any one entry, in the form below. If you wish to submit additional names you can come back to the page and re-enter names after the first submission.
There are three main criteria that your friend or family member will need to fulfil in order to qualify for Rent to Own. Please make sure your referral matches these criteria. The requirements are as follows:

They need to be in full time employment or self employed with proof of income

They need to have some funds saved towards a deposit, typically 2 -

We will need to be able to verify their identity. This is done through referencing, including a credit check. It does not matter if they have adverse or poor credit history, in most instances we will be able to help.

Once we have successfully placed your referral in a Rent to Own property, you will receive £250 within 14 days of them moving in. If you refer 4 or more people you get £300 per successful referral thereafter. This will typically be paid via BACS transfer.
